Subject Matter

Processor processes data on behalf of Controller to provide the Service.

Processing Instructions

Processor only processes data on Controller's documented instructions.

Confidentiality

Persons authorized to process data are bound by confidentiality.

Security Measures

Processor implements technical and organizational measures.

Sub-processors

Controller authorizes sub-processors listed in the Sub-processor List.

Location of Processing

All processing is performed exclusively within the European Union.

Data Subject Requests

Processor assists Controller in responding to requests.

Data Breach Notification

Processor will notify Controller without undue delay.

Deletion or Return of Data

Data is deleted or returned upon contract termination.

Audits

Processor provides information to demonstrate compliance.
